China Quality Control
To make sure you can successfully import from China we conduct the relevant Quality Control on your products at the China Supplier’s factory. We can conduct these factory inspections to Quality Control your products at any time during the process. The two most common types of factory inspections include:
- Early Production Inspection (EPI)
After a small amount of your order has been manufactured (usually around 30%) we will conduct a Quality Control factory inspection to make sure that the quality of the products is up to the quality standards you require. Conducting this inspection allows any changes to be made early in the process should any quality issues or problems arise. This can save you both time and money in the long-run if changes need to be made before you finally import from China to Australia.
- Post-Production Inspection (PPI)
After your order is complete we will conduct a Quality Control factory inspection to ensure the remainder of the products were manufactured to the same quality standards as those at the beginning. It also allows you have your final order matched to your Purchase Order to ensure you actually get what you ordered.
After both types of factory inspections we will provide you with a written Quality Control report outlining our findings, photos and the recommended way forward.
It is critical to have Quality Control conducted on your products at your China Supplier so that you get what you paid for. Before you pay your final balance and import your products from China to Australia you need to make sure they are up to the required quality standard so you don’t lose time and money.
