China Supplier and Order Management
To keep the importing from China process flowing, we re-confirm all terms of the order/production with your China supplier immediately prior to placing your Purchase Order to ensure nothing has changed.
To minimise your risks we will implement a relevant Purchase Order agreement with the factory you choose to go ahead with, which will act as your contract with the chosen supplier.
To save you time we manage any or all of your communication with the supplier during the order production and post-production process to ensure continuity is maintained and a relationship is built between our Account Manager on your behalf and the factory.
Without careful monitoring of your China supplier during this part of the importing process you run the risk of late orders and poor quality goods. This can play a major part in whether you can successfully import from China or not.
